Billing and agent pricing

Muninx uses simple per-agent pricing.

First human agent	EUR 0/month	Standard human-agent capabilities. Free forever.
Additional human agent	EUR 9/agent/month	Same standard capabilities as the free human agent.
AI-assisted agent	EUR 17/agent/month	Standard capabilities plus AI draft replies and AI response improvement.

There is no separate plan selection. Monthly cost depends on how many additional human agents and AI-assisted agents you add.

No credit card is required for the first free human agent. A credit card must be added before adding paid agents.

Muninx has no known seat minimums, seat bundles, or per-resolution AI fees.

The AI-assisted agent price covers Muninx’s built-in AI-assisted features: draft replies and response improvement inside the app. Muninx pays the underlying AI usage cost for those built-in features.

Muninx MCP is not an AI-assisted agent feature. It connects Muninx to an external AI client, and any AI usage cost is handled by that external AI client or provider.

The tenant settings page can show the active billing plan used for subscription management. If a feature is not available for the current tenant, Muninx can show an upgrade prompt before allowing that action.

Human agents and AI-assisted agents

Extra paid human agents have the same standard capabilities as the first free human agent.

Human agents do not have built-in AI-assisted features. AI draft replies and AI response improvement inside the Muninx app are available only to AI-assisted agents.

Tenant owner

The tenant owner is the account responsible for that tenant’s billing ownership.

Keep the owner set to the person responsible for billing. If a subscription lapses, the owner is the only account designed to avoid being locked out while other accounts can lose access until the invoice is paid. An owner must transfer ownership before leaving the tenant.

Before transferring ownership, add another admin in Team.
