There are two different support paths:
MuninX platform support
Section titled “MuninX platform support”Contact MuninX when you need help with your MuninX account, billing, platform behavior, or product questions.
Use the support address shown in the MuninX app or on the public website.
Tenant customer support
Section titled “Tenant customer support”Each MuninX workspace can have its own inbound support email and customer portal.
Customers of a company using MuninX should use that company’s support email or portal. MuninX platform support does not replace the tenant’s own customer support team.
