MuninX is a help desk for small teams that need email-first support ticketing, clear ownership, reporting, and AI-assisted replies without adopting a large support suite.

MuninX is best for teams with roughly 1 to 25 support agents, especially founders, operators, support leads, agencies, small online businesses, nonprofits, and service teams moving from support@ or a shared inbox to a real queue.
