MuninX is best for teams with roughly 1 to 25 support agents, especially founders, operators, support leads, agencies, small online businesses, nonprofits, and service teams moving from support@ or a shared inbox to a real queue.

MuninX does not offer a knowledge base today. MuninX does not offer live chat today. Fully autonomous AI agents are coming soon.
If your team needs complex omnichannel routing, voice/contact-center workflows, advanced SLAs, large enterprise implementation controls, or thousands of agents, a broader suite may be a better fit.
