MuninX is a simple, affordable, AI-assisted help desk for small teams that have outgrown a shared inbox but do not need an enterprise support suite.
These docs are public and factual. They are written for founders, operators, support leads, agents, customers, and support assistants that need exact MuninX behavior.

Section titled “Use MuninX with AI”MuninX has two different AI paths:
- AI-assisted features are built into the MuninX app. They provide draft replies and response improvement for admins and agents whose agent type is AI-assisted. MuninX pays the underlying AI usage cost, and the customer pays through the AI-assisted agent subscription.
- MuninX MCP connects MuninX to an external AI client such as Codex or Claude Code. It is available to authenticated MuninX users with a personal API token, subject to their role permissions. Any external AI usage cost belongs to the person or organization using that AI client.
