Roles and views
MuninX has three user roles: admin, agent, and customer.

Admins
Section titled “Admins”Admins manage the whole support workspace. They can access:
- Dashboard
- Tickets
- Customers
- Customer organizations
- Reports
- Team
- Settings
Admins can switch between admin and agent views.

Agents
Section titled “Agents”Agents work assigned tickets and view their own operational reporting. They can access:
- Dashboard
- My Tickets
- Reports
- Settings
Agents cannot manage customers, customer organizations, team members, or organization-level settings.
Customers
Section titled “Customers”Customers use the portal to create and follow their own tickets. They can access:
- Dashboard
- My Tickets
- New ticket
- Ticket detail
- Settings
Customers do not see reports, customer management, customer organizations, team management, or admin organization settings.
