Account management
Your Muninx account is global: it is not owned by a single tenant. Your profile, avatar, notification preferences, and login credentials follow you wherever you have a tenant membership.
Your role and access status are set separately for each tenant. For example, you can be an admin in one tenant and an agent or customer in another.
Profile and notifications
Section titled “Profile and notifications”Open Settings to update your profile details, avatar, and notification preferences. These account settings apply across your tenant memberships.
Switch tenants
Section titled “Switch tenants”Use the account menu in the top navigation and select Switch tenant. Choose any active tenant you belong to; Muninx reloads in that tenant with the role assigned to your membership.
If a membership is suspended, you cannot switch to that tenant. Contact one of that tenant’s admins to restore access.
Create a tenant
Section titled “Create a tenant”From the account menu, select Switch tenant and then Create tenant. Provide a tenant name and unique slug. The slug is used in routing URLs and the inbound support email address.
The account that creates a tenant becomes its owner and an admin member. You can then invite other accounts from Team.
Leave a tenant
Section titled “Leave a tenant”From the account menu, select Switch tenant, then choose Leave tenant name. Leaving removes only your membership in the current tenant and revokes its personal API tokens. Your account and memberships in other tenants remain.
Tenant owners must transfer ownership to another admin before leaving. Ask a tenant admin to remove your membership if you cannot use the account menu.
Delete your account
Section titled “Delete your account”Open Settings and, in the Delete account section, type DELETE to confirm permanent deletion.
Deleting your account removes your profile, every tenant membership, tenant-scoped personal API tokens, notification preferences, pending invitations, and avatar. It signs you out and cannot be undone.
Deleting an account does not delete tenants or shared tenant history. Tickets and messages remain in their tenants, but you lose access to every tenant.
